What’s included
- Same-day flu shots during influenza season — no appointment needed, but booking saves time.
- Shingrix (shingles) — publicly funded for adults 65–70, available for purchase for everyone else.
- COVID-19 boosters in line with current public-health guidance.
- Pneumococcal vaccines (Pneumovax 23, Prevnar 20) for eligible adults.
- Travel vaccines — yellow fever, typhoid, Hep A/B, JE, rabies pre-exposure, and more.
- Routine adult vaccines — tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis (Tdap), MMR, HPV, Hepatitis A/B.
- Documentation — we update your provincial immunization record and give you a printed card on request.
How it works
- Book online in under a minute, or walk in during open hours.
- Brief screening — we check your history, allergies, current meds, and what’s covered.
- The shot — usually 30 seconds. We use the smallest gauge needle appropriate for the dose.
- Wait 15 minutes in our seating area so we can monitor you. Most people leave with nothing more than a bandage.
- Records updated — we file your immunization with the provincial system and email you a receipt.
What it costs
Most vaccines on this list are free under OHIP if you’re eligible. The biggest exceptions are travel vaccines and adult shingles outside the 65–70 funded window. We’ll always quote the cost before we open a vial — no surprises at the counter.
If your insurance plan reimburses vaccines, we’ll provide an itemized receipt you can submit directly.
