- Book a 30-minute slot online or by phone. Bring your meds in a bag — bottles, blister packs, anything.
- Sit down with your pharmacist in our private consultation area. No interruptions, no rushed counter conversations.
- We go through every med — why you take it, when you take it, how it’s working, anything bothering you.
- Get a personalized summary — your med list, our notes, and any next steps we’d recommend you discuss with your doctor.
- Follow-up call if anything came up that needs your prescriber’s attention.
What it costs
Free under OHIP if you take three or more chronic medications. Diabetes MedsCheck has its own eligibility criteria — ask us and we’ll tell you in a minute whether you qualify.
