How it works
- Book a diabetes consult or just stop in if you need supplies today.
- Bring your meter readings (or your CGM app data) if you’ve been tracking — it helps us see what’s working.
- 30-minute review with your pharmacist covering medication, monitoring, meals, and lifestyle.
- Get a written plan plus a summary sent to your family doctor or endo (with your consent).
- Auto-refill set up so you never run out of strips, sensors, or insulin.
What it costs
The diabetes MedsCheck is free under OHIP. Supplies are billed through your drug plan (ODB or private) wherever possible. We’ll always quote out-of-pocket costs before you commit. Many CGM sensors are covered for eligible patients — ask us and we’ll check your plan.
